Willard Ladd
Mr. Ladd has over 20 years of experience in the power and energy infrastructure industry. Prior to Development Partners, he was a member of the management team that founded Sithe Energies, Inc., where he helped grow the company from 10 to over 2,000 employees and more than $1 billion in revenue. Sithe evolved into a leading independent power company with over 12,000 MWs in operation in North America and overseas and $6 billion in assets. As senior vice president and member of the Sithe investment and executive committees, Mr. Ladd directed and managed the company's development efforts in identifying, structuring and negotiating new investment opportunities in electric power facilities. Earlier, he was an officer at Manufacturers Hanover Trust, where he completed several of the first non-recourse project financings in the independent power industry. Mr. Ladd received a Bachelor's degree from the University of Colorado.
